DESCRIPTION:How can the spatial, social, ecological, cultural and economic development of the city be achieved in dialogue with the various interested parties in the city? Against this backdrop, what are the challenges and success factors in everyday and project-related communication between the local government and urban society? And finally: How can dialogue and participation processes be designed and implemented in a results-oriented manner? To explore and answer these questions, participation expert Dieter Schöffmann provides practical insights and the necessary tools for reflection and the effective design of participation projects that involve all stakeholders and interested parties in all their diversity.
