Here, you’ll meet people who don’t wait for things to change - but who become the change themselves. Why Art of Hosting? Especially in times of change, we need spaces where we can meet honestly, listen, learn from one another, and act together. Art of Hosting & Harvesting Conversations That Matter is the mindset and craft needed to consciously and effectively create such spaces. All too often, meetings leave people feeling more frustrated than enlightened. People are presented with a fait accompli instead of being included in the process. Events make a brief impression, but their impact fades quickly. A lot of energy is lost when people feel unseen, unheard, or not taken seriously. How it can be done differently When conversations are designed with clear intent, mindfully facilitated, and meaningfully harvested, they can truly make a difference. It’s about asking the truly essential questions with the people who are affected and engaging in honest dialogue. In this way, answers to even complex challenges can be found together.
