DESCRIPTION:In this seminar organised by the Berlin Institute for Participation, participants explore the challenges of effective facilitation of participatory processes from a theoretical, but above all a practical, perspective. Numerous exercises and reflective activities will help you acquire the fundamental skills required to successfully facilitate participatory processes. You will practise handling criticism and disruptions with confidence. Based on a non-partisan facilitation approach, you will be able to successfully facilitate processes even with unusual groups and on complex topics. The course content is supplemented by practical tips for reflecting on and evaluating your own facilitation practice.
