Mitmacht x reCampaign
Mitmacht is the democracy festival for collective strategies. From September 23 to 26, 2026, the German-speaking democracy community will gather in Berlin. The festival offers a space for shared ideas, new inspiration, and a broad exchange of experiences: How can we better align our approaches and strategies? What can we learn from one another? And how can we come together to take action?
In 2026, Mitmacht will take place in cooperation with reCampaign: Here, participants will combine collective strategy with campaign practice - and create space for movement.
Help shape the festival program: Until May 18, 2026, we are seeking strategic ideas, practical tools, exchange formats, or artistic contributions across five areas of action:
- Strategic Contributions – Where are we headed?
- Best Practice Contributions – What actually works?
- Exchange Formats – How do we come together?
- Art and Culture Formats – What moves us?
Program
The festival program combines curated formats with inspiring contributions from the open call. Strategic ideas, practical tools, interactive exchange formats, and artistic works come together here and are further developed on-site.
