As part of the “Klima trifft Kommune" (Climate Meets Local Government) project, we are organising mini-publics on the topic of climate protection in four German local authorities, in collaboration with the Gesellschaft für Klima und Demokratie (Society for Climate and Democracy). On behalf of the German Bundestag, we supported the Parliament’s press office in 2023/24 with its public relations work for the Citizens’ Assembly on ‘Nutrition in Transition’, thereby ensuring its visibility in the media. More

Through the LOSLAND project, which ran from March 2020 to May 2023, we supported ten local authorities across Germany in implementing bespoke participatory processes aimed at creating a future fit for our grandchildren. A key component of this was the use of lottery-based citizens’ juries. More
