Dynamic Facilitation Basic Training

Bild zur Veranstaltung Dynamic Facilitation Basic Training

Unique situations such as crises, complex problems or conflicts that seem intractable call for a unique approach to facilitation.

This seminar covers the fundamentals of applying Dynamic Facilitation (DF). Through a combination of theory and practice, participants will develop the basic skills required for successful facilitation using Dynamic Facilitation. The seminar will enable you to apply the method and understand how to guide a group towards a breakthrough.

Dynamic Facilitation (DF) – the method for the unsolvable

The aim of Dynamic Facilitation is to collaboratively identify scope for action when dealing with intractable, emotionally charged problems, crises and conflicts. Dynamic Facilitation can be used to initiate genuine transformation. The solutions are not based on negotiated compromises or decisions, but emerge spontaneously through a collective, non-judgemental, creative process. Dynamic Facilitation follows the energy of the group, rather than a predetermined structure or objective. It therefore takes a completely different approach to traditional facilitation methods or phase-based approaches in mediation.

Learning through experience

The seminar combines theoretical input with practical exercises in a workshop format.
