When groups are faced with important decisions and the issues at hand are challenging, multi-layered or contentious, a framework is needed that provides a sense of security whilst also fostering openness.
Dynamic Facilitation (DF) has been developed precisely for this purpose: to gain new clarity in difficult and complex situations, or to facilitate creative, sustainable solutions in development processes. The method is used in citizens’ and staff councils, in strategic processes, within organisations and in demanding facilitation situations.
This three-day seminar invites you to get to know the method from the ground up, understand its distinctive features, and equips you to apply Dynamic Facilitation confidently and effectively.

The seminar creates a learning environment based on mutual respect: brief theoretical inputs alternate with active practical sessions, joint reflection and plenty of scope for trying things out for yourself, accompanied by appreciative and constructive feedback.
