Citizens´ assemblies – A breath of fresh Air for democracy

As part of the “Long Night of Democracy,” the association Pro Demokratie Mittelbaden is hosting a moderated panel discussion on the topic of citizens’ assemblies, followed by a fishbowl discussion in which attendees can actively participate.

Among those participating in the discussion is political scientist Prof. Dr. Uwe Wagschal.

The goal of the event is to jointly discuss the opportunities and challenges of citizens’ assemblies and, in particular, their potential for new forms of sustainable democracy.
