In Cologne’s first Citizens’ Assembly, “Mobility in a Livable Neighborhood,” 55 randomly selected Cologne residents met over several months to develop solutions for mobility in Cologne. What has become of the more than 100 proposed measures? And should Cologne rely on such participatory formats on a permanent basis in the future?
